Our efforts for the environment
In line with the philosophy of respect for the environment, the entire coverage of the production site in Val Brembilla was equipped with 220 photovoltaic panels. This intervention, together with the installation of a thermally insulated roof to improve energy efficiency performance, has led to a saving of about 155,000 thermal kWh of methane, to an estimated annual production of 45,000 kWh / year of electricity, to a reduction considerable CO2 emissions.

Focused on improving environmental conditions and human health, Arditi has studied a way to produce Phthalate Free electrical cables, which have been recognized as dangerous, called “phthalates free”.
By ensuring the same performance as the previous ones, they ensure that the plasticizer substituted for phthalates is considered by ECHA not to be classified as dangerous for the environment and human health.
Over time, there has been evidence that the halogen elements, in some conditions, can favor the spread of a fire and the gases released can cause damage to health.
Given the non-sustainability of PVC, Arditi has started to introduce the production of Halogen Free cables.

Over time, there has been evidence that the halogen elements, in some conditions, can favor the spread of a fire and the gases released can cause damage to health.
Given the dangerousness of this material, Arditi has decided not to produce or use more cables containing halogen elements.
Subsequently, the authorities also came under the obligation to install Halogen Free cables, thus reinforcing attention to the issue of safety.
